Prerequisites
NEXXT was conceived as a unified environment for teams that had outgrown fragmented task lists, spreadsheets, chats, and manual status reporting. The product needed to support both small teams looking for structure and larger organizations coordinating many projects, employees, and recurring business processes.
We created a public product landing page, a full client workspace, and supporting administration tools. The primary focus was the daily user experience: creating workspaces and projects, assigning tasks, setting priorities and deadlines, tracking progress, collaborating with colleagues, and using AI agents to reduce repetitive work.

Task
The central challenge was to provide enough flexibility for different teams without making everyday task management complicated. Users needed to move quickly between projects, understand ownership and urgency, see what was blocked or overdue, and keep the context of decisions attached to the work itself.
We organized the client platform around a clear hierarchy of workspace, team, project, and task. Task creation, assignment, priorities, statuses, deadlines, descriptions, discussions, files, notifications, filters, and progress views work as one connected system. Automation and AI agents support repeatable operations rather than appearing as isolated features.
Special attention was given to information density, fast task actions, permissions, reusable workflows, empty and error states, responsive behavior, onboarding, subscription-ready architecture, team analytics, and administrative tools for managing users, plans, content, and platform settings.
