Paylance — Admin Platform for White-Label Fintech Operations
Paylance required an administration layer capable of controlling a modular payment and digital banking ecosystem. Operations teams needed to manage not only customers and transactions, but also white-label tenants, enabled products, currencies, fees, limits, provider connections, compliance rules, and role boundaries.
We designed the product as a centralized fintech control plane. Operational dashboards, configurable queues, linked financial records, advanced filters, provider visibility, contextual actions, approval workflows, and audit history help teams supervise complex financial activity across multiple products and deployments.
The main challenge was to make a highly configurable financial infrastructure operationally manageable. Administrators needed to understand which tenant, product, customer, account, provider, route, fee rule, compliance signal, and status affected an operation before taking action.
We structured the back office around interconnected domains: tenants and branding, products and permissions, clients and verification, accounts and balances, cards, beneficiaries, payments and transfers, providers, compliance cases, reports, users, roles, and global settings.
Special attention was given to tenant isolation, high-density tables, cross-entity navigation, saved filters, financial formatting, provider and routing states, four-eye approvals, risk alerts, bulk operations, exports, access boundaries, immutable audit events, reusable admin components, and predictable critical-action patterns.
