Paylance — White-Label Digital Banking Client Platform
Paylance needed a client application that could turn modular payment and digital banking infrastructure into a coherent everyday experience. The interface had to support different white-label business models while remaining understandable to customers managing accounts, wallets, cards, beneficiaries, payments, and transaction history.
We built the product around the complete financial customer lifecycle: account registration, personal or business verification, account activation, dashboard overview, multi-currency balances, transfers, payouts, card management, statements, notifications, profile settings, and secure access.
The main challenge was to unify many financial capabilities without forcing customers to understand the infrastructure behind them. Every flow needed to clearly communicate available funds, currency, rate, fee, recipient, execution status, required verification, and the next action.
We organized the application around a personalized dashboard and reusable financial journeys. Customers can access accounts and wallets, review balances, create beneficiaries, send payments, exchange currencies, request or control cards, inspect transactions, download statements, and manage profile and security preferences.
Special attention was given to progressive onboarding, KYC/KYB states, financial formatting, contextual validation, payment review screens, pending and rejected scenarios, responsive tables, secure authentication, notifications, accessibility, component configurability, and consistent behavior across white-label deployments.
