Prerequisites

PayChip required an administrative environment capable of supporting the operational complexity behind a modern payment product. Teams needed one place to review customer onboarding, process KYC and KYB cases, control accounts and cards, supervise international transfers, investigate transactions, and respond to compliance or support issues.

We designed the solution as a role-based fintech operations hub. Dashboards, queues, detailed records, advanced filters, contextual actions, alerts, and audit history give administrators the information needed to make accurate decisions while protecting sensitive customer and financial data.

Task

The central challenge was to organize interconnected financial entities without overwhelming operators. A single client could have multiple accounts, currencies, cards, beneficiaries, transfers, verification records, and risk events, each with statuses and actions governed by permissions and compliance rules.

We structured the back office around operational queues and entity relationships. Administrators can move from dashboard metrics to a client profile, verification case, account, card, transfer, or transaction; inspect the full context; perform authorized actions; and retain a traceable record of every important change.

Special attention was given to high-density data views, saved filters, financial formatting, status logic, four-eye approvals, action confirmations, access boundaries, fraud and compliance signals, notes, exports, immutable audit events, responsive behavior, and reusable administrative components.
