Bonum 24 needed to extend its exchange service into a mobile product built for frequent, focused interactions. Customers had to check a rate, create an exchange request, provide crypto wallet or bank details, complete verification, and follow transaction progress without depending on a desktop interface.

Task

The main challenge was to fit a detail-sensitive financial process into a compact interface without reducing clarity. At each step, users needed to understand the selected currencies, entered and expected amounts, applicable rate, payment method, required details, current status, and next action.

We designed a focused step-by-step journey: select an exchange direction, enter an amount, review the calculation, authenticate or register, complete KYC when required, add wallet or bank information, confirm the request, follow payment instructions, and monitor completion.

Special attention was given to thumb-friendly controls, numeric input, mobile financial formatting, document capture, validation, keyboard behavior, interrupted-flow recovery, biometric authentication, status timelines, push notifications, error prevention, protected sensitive data, and consistent states across device sizes.
