Prerequisites

Bonum 24 needed a customer-facing platform that could make cryptocurrency exchange feel clear and manageable for both experienced users and people completing their first crypto-to-fiat transaction. The interface had to communicate rates, amounts, fees, payment details, verification requirements, and changing order statuses without unnecessary complexity.

We built the experience around one continuous exchange journey. Users can choose currencies, calculate an expected amount, create an account, complete KYC, submit payment details, follow an exchange request, and review transaction history within a consistent and trustworthy product environment.

Task

The core challenge was to reduce uncertainty in a financial flow where every detail matters. Users needed to understand what they send, what they receive, which rate applies, what information is required, and what happens next at every stage.

We designed the platform around the complete customer journey: selecting an exchange direction, entering an amount, reviewing the calculation, signing in or creating an account, completing verification, providing crypto wallet or bank details, confirming the request, and tracking its status.

Special attention was given to financial formatting, input validation, clear status messages, contextual instructions, error prevention, responsive behavior, secure account interactions, and reusable components for different currency and payment scenarios.
