Bonum 24 required a dedicated administrative environment for the operational side of its cryptocurrency exchange platform. Managers needed to process exchange requests, monitor transactions, work with customer profiles, control rates and fees, review verification data, and respond to operational risks without switching between disconnected tools.

The main challenge was to turn complex exchange operations into predictable workflows with minimal room for error. Administrators needed immediate visibility into transaction status, amounts, currencies, customers, verification results, payment details, fees, and exceptional cases.
We organized the system around daily scenarios: reviewing the dashboard, processing exchange requests, managing customers and KYC data, updating rates, supervising balances, exporting reports, and configuring platform rules.
Special attention was given to status logic, filters, confirmation states, permission boundaries, validation, financial formatting, reusable data components, and consistent interaction patterns.
